“From a very young age I had a passion to help people, I remember always being there when family members and friends needed help.
Recollection of my young life I had the experience in helping underprivileged families with young children with special needs.
After leaving school and as a naïve 17 year old I made the decision to dive in the deep end and go forward down the path of a caring role.
Firstly by becoming a Nurse, the experience I have gained has empowered me to make the decision that I would be there to help those in need and I made it my mission in life that I would always care.
In these latter years working with consumers in the disability sector I cemented my aspiration that I want to pride myself in helping people to achieve their goals.
As a support coordinator my mission is to ensure that my support coordinated participants achieve economic choice and have access to receiving the ultimate care services they can whilst in their homes.
Everyone deserves access to these services and ones that can help empower them to create a better life for themselves and all associated with them. If our day to day lives ran on a common set of standards that could not be manipulated by anyone, the world would be a more non-discriminatory and liberated place.
Our journey together will allow human progress to accelerate enabling our dreams to be real. This is my mission in life and I am here to assist in this journey.”
